Language Training

Purpose
  • Short-term overseas language training program for training global human resources by developing foreign language ability, personal development of students and improving employment skills.
Qualification
  • Applicants who enrolled in Hansei and fulfills the scholarship entitlement.
  • Applicants who have completed a degree program for at least 1 year.
  • Applicants who are physically healthy and do not have any criteria for traveling abroad.

Documents Required
  • Application Form (Including Self Introduction, Study Plan and Written Pledge)
  • Transcript of Whole Year
  • Certificate of Enrollment
  • Copy of Applicant’s Bankbook
  • Copy of Student ID Card
  • Copy of Passport (With more than 3 months of passport validity)

Notes
  • A. There can be some changes to the dispatch organization, cost and schedule due to exchange rates and other circumstances.
  • B. Selected applicants must comply with the university regulations and various matters of our school and study abroad institutions, and all the circumstances arising in breaching will be deemed as their responsibilities.
  • C. Selected applicants must be insured for overseas travel in advance.
  • D. If the minimum dispatched member is not satisfied, the language training program in certain countries or institutions can be canceled.
  • E. Within two weeks after the completion of the training, students must submit a training result report and homecoming report to the I.E.C..
  • F. If applicants give up participating after the selection, they may receive restrictions on any other training applications.
  • G. Those who are selected as language scholarship students during the admission period, can receive priority to the program.
